Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and will arrive within 5-7 business days.

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12 flat rate shipping to the continental U.S.

Refunds Policy

AllPeople will provide refunds on orders that have items that are defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must start a refund request within 30 days of order placement via hello@allpeoplemarketplace.com.
