What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping on orders over $50.

We ship our orders within 48 business hours of when the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, we will make sure that your order arrives within 5-7 business days. Shipping delays may occur.

$12 flat shipping rate for orders less than $50.

What is your refund policy?

AllPeople will provide refunds on orders that have items that are defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must start a refund request within 30 days of order placement via hello@allpeoplemarketplace.com.
